The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including construction schedules, SEMPs, inspection and test plans, and outage plans.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the project, including construction schedules, SEMPs, inspection and test plans, and outage plans.
- Undertake project-specific tasks as directed by the Client and General Manager.
- Report task status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope, and quality.
- Maintain records of work-in-progress and communications in line with the project management methodology.
- Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities.
- Organise manning levels and associated requirements.
- Coordinate with the client on all work fronts, including weekly progress meetings and reports.
- Order materials and manage subcontractors involved in the project.
- Attend site as required for meetings and outages.
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold the following qualifications and licenses:
- Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech.
- QLD Electrical licence.
- Working at heights (completed in the last 18 months).
- Current CPR/LVR (within the last 9 months).
- Current Unrestricted C Class Driver's License.
- White / Blue Construction Card.
The following qualifications are desirable but not essential:
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Hold a High-risk work License with WP classification.
