Job Role

We are seeking a skilled therapist to join our team in the acute services department. The ideal candidate will have experience working in ICU, CCU, surgical and medical areas, and be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assess and treat patients where clinically indicated in collaboration with patients/families and the multidisciplinary team.
  • To provide high-quality clinical care to individuals/patients in our hospital.
Selection Criteria
  • A degree in physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Experience across a range of acute services; including ICU, Orthopaedics and Neurosurgery.
  • Highly developed assessment and treatment skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skills and experience working in a multidisciplinary acute care hospital environment.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in the field.
