Disability Support Worker/Mentor

This role is designed to provide support and mentorship to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily living support to clients, including assistance with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Mentor clients in developing skills and interests, such as hobbies and routine building
  • Encourage clients to participate in outdoor activities and community access
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality services are provided
Requirements:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain before commencing work
  • Working with Children Card (Blue Card)
  • Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
  • Current, non-restricted open drivers licence or non-restricted provisional licence
  • Roadworthy, registered and fully comprehensive insured vehicle
  • Strong verbal communication skills
