Job Title: Enrolments Manager and Business Support

Our organisation is seeking an exceptional Enrolments Manager and Business Support to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our leadership team, as well as visiting our Early Learning Centres to assist with enrolments, marketing, and re-enrolments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the leadership team with administrative tasks such as CCS, ACCS, ISS, KISS funding and fee processing, debt recovery, recruitment, policy development, survey creation, event management, and social media.
  • Visit centres regularly to assist Centre Managers with tours, leads, enrolments, marketing, and re-enrolments for the following year.
  • Market each centre's unique qualities via internal platforms, manage tour bookings, leads, applications, offers (via our digital platform), and support families from offer to post-commencement check-in.
  • Collaborate closely with Centre Managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new families.
  • Assist with responsibilities including funding management and reporting, policy development and review, events calendar implementation and promotion, management calendar support, occupancy initiatives, payroll and budget management, fee, funding, and debtor management, marketing materials, uniforms, and resources ordering, staffing and recruitment support, and supporting initiatives for quality care and education.
Requirements:
  • You have a Diploma of Early Childhood and at least 3 years leadership/administrative experience.
  • You possess advanced Qikkids knowledge and CRM experience with leads/enrolment management.
  • You have a solid understanding of CCS, ACCS, ISS, KISS funding processes and reporting, Kindergarten funding and reporting, Regulations/NQF/EYLF/VEYLDF, Child Safe Standards, Child Protection, and Mandatory Reporting.
  • You have excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, Child Protection, and Mandatory Reporting
