The role of Global Intelligence and Engagement Officer is pivotal in coordinating international visits, onshore engagement, and strategic partnership events. A proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong administration and event coordination skills is required to work under general direction, collaborating with team members across the Division and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate incoming international visits and onshore engagement events
  • Support the preparation of engagement reports, partnership briefs, presentations, and other communication materials
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Organise and complete multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritising to meet deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in planning and managing visits and events, including official etiquette
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing briefs, corporate reports, strategy documents, and formal correspondence
  • Ability to use Microsoft Suite for high-quality business documentation, calendar coordination, and correspondence for senior executives
