Job Title: Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team, delivering therapy services to individuals with autism and their families.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with colleagues in a large multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality therapy services.
  • Consult and educate families and key stakeholders to enable inclusion and participation at home, school, and in the community.
  • Implement specialist programs supporting social communication, mealtimes, Positive Behaviour Support Programs, and more.
  • Travel within your local area to deliver services at homes, schools, and community settings.
  • Lead specialist therapy groups across a range of ages and skill areas.
  • Complete specialist assessments for augmentative and alternative communication or functional capacity.
About You

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people with autism achieve their goals.

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology is essential.
  • Membership or registration with the appropriate professional body is required.
  • Experience working with children and/or adults with disability and their families is desirable.
