**About You:**

You have a background in HR and are seeking a challenging role that aligns with your skills and experience. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing operational advice and coaching to managers and team leaders on all people-related matters.

Your key responsibilities include delivering timely HR services to support the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Additionally, you will work closely with the Divisional Leadership group to implement enterprise People and Culture projects at a localised level.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and geographically dispersed stakeholder group, contributing to the development of a consistent positive culture and strengthening employee engagement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in HR.
  • Demonstrated multi-site operational experience.
  • Strong understanding of Awards and workplace laws.
  • Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Solid payroll/systems knowledge.
  • Utilisation of HR data metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations.
