Therapy Services Specialist

The primary function of this role is to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients with complex physical disabilities and autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
- Manage a caseload consisting of clients with varying levels of need, from paediatric patients to adults with complex physical disabilities.
- Utilize assistive technology, including co-prescribing with a multi-disciplinary approach.
- Visit clients in the community, working independently and within a team.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sound problem-solving skills.
- Passionate advocacy for people with disabilities and young families.
