Therapy Services Professional

The primary function of this role is to provide therapy services to customers on a needs basis, focusing on their strengths and developing sustainable long-term solutions.
Deliver goal-directed therapy services to children and adults, collaboratively working with significant others to support community participation in various environments.
Support customers and others in developing and reviewing individual therapy and support plans, ensuring goals are meaningful, meet the individual's needs, and reflect their personal goals.
Provide informative and current information to customers about valuable services, empowering them to make informed choices.
About YouWe are seeking an experienced clinician who believes in our mission to enable each person we support to live as an equal and empowered citizen.
You must have relevant experience in disability and/or paediatric services, be committed to family and person-centered approaches, strengths-based practices, and supporting inclusion and participation.
Requirements- A Current Driver's License and own vehicle
- Registered with AHPRA or for Speech Pathologists, a practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if applicable
