The Senior Instructor (Clinical) role involves providing subject matter expertise within your relevant specialty field to ensure training is robust, evidence-based, and compliant. You will be responsible for managing a team of clinical and allied health instructors, supporting the development of training material, and delivering engaging and relevant familiarisation training to healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of instructors in the development and delivery of training programs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement training solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise to ensure training meets the highest standards
- Manage and coordinate training logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including defence clinicians and project managers
Requirements:
- Current and +5 years unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Div1) and/or Registered Paramedic
- Proven experience in managing and handling a team
- Excellent teaching, training, and education skills
- Baseline security clearance or willingness to obtain
- Competent in use of business software, including MS Office
- Exceptional leadership and presenting skills
