About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced psychiatrist to join our team. As a Staff Specialist Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services and the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement quality improvement and evaluation measures to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Contribute to research activities and participate in the development of new treatments and therapies.
- Exercise delegations in accordance with the Metro North Human Resource Delegations Manual.
- Provide services as directed by your line manager, including intra-department portfolios.
