We're looking for a talented Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience from start to finish.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Managing pre-approved customers throughout the process, including providing timely updates and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Working with internal credit and service teams to ensure a consistent and seamless experience for our customers
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong leadership and project management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
