Strategic Insurance Client Manager

This position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional insurance and risk management services to a diverse portfolio of clients.
The role is a hybrid position that provides flexibility to work both virtually and in an office environment.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing daily client enquiries, identifying development opportunities, and designing servicing solutions.
You will contribute to the strategic direction of the business, manage client relationships, and provide high-level client service.
The successful candidate will gather client information to enable renewal negotiations, calculate premiums, bind covers, and prepare invoices and follow-up documentation with clients.
Key Requirements- Client Relationship Management skills are essential for this role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Able to work effectively in a virtual and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor support staff.
