Business Operations Manager Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Servicing as a key support figure in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Maintaining an organized and efficient store environment by checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
  • Providing excellent customer service by offering help with tasks, coaching the team to do the same and ensuring customers leave the store with everything they need.
  • Maintaining optimal product availability and high branch standards while fostering a positive work environment.
