Clinical Mental Health Professional

This position is for a social worker to work in an inpatient mental health unit. The role requires a qualified social worker with experience in mental health and ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide effective and a broad range of social worker interventions within an acute setting.
- Assess and develop individualised plans that promote recovery focused care and principles within an acute mental health setting.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in social work which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- Have understanding of both the Mental Health and Guardianship Acts and their applicability to this role.
- Demonstrate high level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment.
