Finance Transformation Expert

Our organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Expert to join our ERP Project Team. As a key member of the team, you will contribute your financial process expertise to drive enterprise transformation and implement new software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a member of the core ERP Project Team to achieve project processes and deadlines under the guidance of the Finance Project Lead
  • Participate in configuration workshops with software vendors
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to help determine any additional Finance and Supply Chain Management requirements
  • Cleanse and structure finance-related data appropriately for migration into the new ERP
  • Contribute to the development of Scenario testing for ERP Finance & Supply Chain Management Modules
  • Contribute to the development of User Acceptance Testing for ERP Finance & Supply Chain Management Modules
  • Assist the ERP Project Team with hands-on testing as needed
  • Assist with the development & delivery of end-user training
  • Assist with the development of procedure manuals
  • Provide ongoing end-user support during Project Go-Live

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High-level understanding of an organisation's end-to-end financial processes
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to distil and analyse large amounts of information and recommend appropriate course of action
  • Strong literacy and research skills and the ability to produce written material of a high standard
  • Must maintain a valid Police Check
  • CPA / CA Qualified (desirable)
  • Experience in developing workflow and process maps (desirable)
  • Experience in the implementation of Finance and/or Payroll systems (desirable)
  • Prior experience in an Aged Care or non-profit, human services environment (desirable)
