Supply Chain Coordinator Position

We are seeking an experienced and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Sydney-based team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the distribution operations, managing finished goods, and ensuring stock accuracies and delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and direction to the dispatch teams on process, operations, and system utilization.
- Engage and support team members in training programs to ensure a highly skilled and flexible warehouse team.
- Effectively utilize resources and control overtime.
- Manage all dispatch operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate freight records and analyze alternative transport options.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on supply chain management.
- Excellent computer skills and intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- General knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in supervising a team and current High Risk Work Licence for Order Picking Forklift licence (LO) and/or Forklift (LF).
