Conference and Event Coordinator
This role requires a highly organized individual to oversee all aspects of conferences and events, from initial planning through to execution and post-event review. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in conference and event management, with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating and managing event bookings, contracts, invoicing, and post-event reports.
- Overseeing the setup, operation, and breakdown of event spaces to ensure compliance with client requirements and organisational standards.
- Liaising with internal teams (operations, catering, sales, and housekeeping) to guarantee seamless service delivery across all event stages.
- Providing on-site leadership during events, troubleshooting issues promptly, and ensuring client and guest satisfaction.
- Proven experience in conference and event management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and event management systems, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
