We are seeking an Assembly Supervisor to lead and champion our Mackay Trailers assembly team. This role is critical to ensure timely and quality production of custom trailers.

This opportunity requires a broad skill set, including mechanically minded individuals with hands-on experience with tools, and previous assembly/production experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and assembling boat trailers
  • General warehouse duties
  • General yard duties
  • Prioritizing consistent quality within the team
  • Ensuring the team is on track to achieving set goals & targets
Requirements:
  • Mechanically minded, with hands-on experience with tools
  • Previous assembly/production experience preferred
  • High level of work ethic
  • Self-motivated, with strong attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Strong communicator
  • Motivate and mentor a team
  • Ability to work under pressure, and achieve set goals and targets
  • Problem solving skills
