Join a fast-growing Aussie brand known for top quality and durability. We're hiring a Trailer Sales Consultant to help customers choose the right box and light-duty trailers and accessories.

What you'll do
  • Greet walk-ins and handle phone/web enquiries; deliver consultative sales end-to-end
  • Qualify needs (ATM/payload, single vs tandem, brakes, cage, ramps) and recommend fit-for-purpose options
  • Prepare quotes & invoices, take deposits, process orders in CRM/POS
  • Upsell add-ons (cages, racks, spare wheels, jerry holders, tie-downs, electrics)
  • Coordinate pickup/delivery timing with yard team; ensure a smooth handover
  • Maintain showroom/yard presentation, price cards, and product knowledge
  • Work to monthly sales targets; rostered Saturdays required
What you'll bring
  • 2+ years' retail sales (trailers/caravans)
  • Understanding of ATM/GTM, override vs electric brakes, load ratings (or fast learner)
  • Strong communication, objection handling and closing skills; customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable with CRM/POS, email, quoting and basic measurements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new software systems
  • Driver's licence or Forklift licence preferred
  • Current Australian driver's licence (essential); Forklift licence preferred
  • Valid working rights in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or appropriate work visa)
  • Ability to pass a police background check
  • Year 12 completion or equivalent preferred
