Position Overview:
- The Assessment Services Manager is responsible for overseeing, strategizing, and coordinating the assessment operations of the HCSCC in alignment with organizational objectives, legal frameworks, and governmental policies.
- This role includes the supervision of personnel within the HCSCC Enquiry Service.
- The Assessment Services Manager will engage, communicate, and collaborate with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) regarding issues related to registered health professionals.
- This position also offers strategic counsel to the Deputy Commissioner and the Commissioner on enhancements to the complaints resolution framework and practices within the HCSCC.

Requirements:
