About the Opportunity: West Recruitment Pty Ltd is excited to be partnering with a respected Engineering Consultancy firm based in Parramatta. We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join their team as an Office Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the office, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the team. Your duties will include answering phone calls, monitoring the office email account, liaising with clients and engineers, issuing invoices, performing daily bank reconciliations, processing weekly payroll, data entry, general admin duties, and ordering office supplies.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience managing a busy switchboard with a professional phone manner, knowledge of MYOB or similar accounting software, experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable/accounts payable/payroll processing, and proficiency in MS Suite, especially MS Excel.
