About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our Consumer Healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of products and achieving or exceeding designated sales, profit, and market share targets for the allocated brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans for Skin and Sun, including market analysis, brand positioning, and strategy.
  • Identify and develop innovation pipelines for incremental growth, including product, packaging, and claims.
  • Set pricing and channel strategies for the brand(s) in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Translate 3-year brand strategies into one-year business plans with guidance from the Senior Brand Manager.
  • Develop high-impact advertising and promotional programs targeted to consumers, shoppers, pharmacy staff, healthcare practitioners, trade, and/or other key influencers.
  • Implement best-in-class communication plans that are efficient, effective, and in line with brand objectives.
  • Manage key brand operational activities, including product performance tracking, product forecasting, and rationalization.
  • Review brand financial health and individual SKU profitability.
  • Manage advertising and promotion (A&P) spend in line with agreed budgets.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess previous experience in marketing of FMCG or Pharmaceutical OTC within Australia, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Brand Management. You will also have a proven track record of developing and leading above-the-line and below-the-line campaigns, strong commercial acumen, and experience in managing brand P&L, advertising and promotional spend, and project management.
