Job Title: Household Support Worker

This position involves working in a residential care home to provide household support to our customers. The role is rewarding and requires the ability to work effectively with a variety of tasks, people, and situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Assisting customers with daily living activities, ensuring their wellbeing and safety.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for all residents.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • A genuine caring nature and desire to assist others.
  • Availability to work Monday to Sunday.
  • Ability to work a minimum of three shifts per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current Police Check.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Certificate in Customer Service (desirable).
