Facilitating the design and production of unique and transformative projects involves being part of a creative experience agency that conceptualizes, designs, and delivers immersive experiences for luxury brands. We are looking for a Production Manager/Designer to bring these ambitious projects to life.

The role is responsible for developing, designing, and executing all aspects of technically challenging event projects. From conception to onsite delivery, this hybrid role contributes to creative concept development, prepares client proposals/pitches, supports design development, and interprets creative direction into a production reality.

This includes drafting floorplans, technical plans, and 3D production drawings to support design, production, and technical delivery. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years relevant Production Design and/or Production Management experience, with proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.

We are seeking a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and balance competing priorities in a dynamic work environment. Evening and weekend work may be required when events take place.
