Production Lead

This role oversees the execution of creative initiatives and events.

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Coordinating the marketing calendar to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Project Management - From Concept to Execution:
    • Developing a deep understanding of brand strategy and creative direction for all projects.
    • Providing comprehensive briefs to suppliers and maintaining regular communication with internal teams.
    • Coordinating with external agencies to align production with the marketing calendar.
    • Managing the creation and approval process of graphic assets, including invitations and signage.
    • Overseeing procurement for special products and décor items.
    • Keeping stakeholders informed through regular consultations and updates on project status.
  • Retail & In-house Collaboration:
    • Collaborating closely with retail teams to support store-based marketing initiatives.
