We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. You will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, providing client-centred care that empowers individuals to achieve their recovery goals and enhance their quality of life.
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults with mental health conditions
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans focusing on functional capacity and community participation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care
- Provide group therapy programs and community-based interventions
- Support clients' transition back into meaningful occupations, including employment, education and daily living activities
To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with a relevant professional body.
