About the Role- Deliver thorough training sessions to clients on CPAP therapy and management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Offer guidance on CPAP equipment and services, helping clients make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with physicians, hospitals, and medical service providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Promote additional products and services to enhance client experience.
- Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Process orders and manage stock levels efficiently.
- Previous experience in sales, healthcare, or retail is essential.
- Effective communication skills are vital for success in this role.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service skills are necessary to deliver an excellent client experience.
- Proficient in using computer systems and Google Suites.
- Interest in sleep medicine and CPAP therapy is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills are required to manage multiple tasks.
