About this Role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Leader to deliver dynamic marketing campaigns across multiple channels, blending creativity with strategic communication to grow brand presence.

The successful candidate will manage both digital and print assets, collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, and ensure our listings and portfolios receive maximum exposure.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate listings and manage advertising schedules in partnership with listing agents.
  • Develop, schedule, and distribute organic and paid content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to negotiate advertising rates and media packages.
  • Oversee the property portfolio, coordinating with production companies, print houses, mailworks, advertisers, and agents.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven marketing experience, ideally within real estate or related sectors, with a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience in distributing high-quality organic and paid content across major social media platforms.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems to build client relationships and manage targeted communications.
