Key responsibilities include:

  • Harnessing external best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.
  • Overseeing critical cyclical initiatives such as workforce planning, budget forecasting, productivity, and performance management.
  • Establishing and leading revised allocation models.
  • Monitoring, reporting, and advising on overall budget performance.
  • Supporting informed recruitment decisions based on revenue and KPI metrics.
  • Providing strategic input to quarterly People and Remuneration Committee papers.
