Sales and Account Manager

About the Role:
As a Territory Sales Manager at Nestlé SA, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives, building strong relationships with customers within the Impulse and Convenience channel.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships within your portfolio of customers within the Impulse and Convenience channel.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with stand-alone and multi-site customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Collaborate with wholesalers and internal customer teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
- Manage casual merchandisers within your territory.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Delivering to cycle priority KPI's.
Regional Travel Requirements:
You will be responsible for visiting clients, prospects, and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth. The Territory Sales Manager role requires consistent monthly travel within your defined territory.
