About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Territory Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing merchandisers, driving sales growth, and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory through effective commercial planning.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Building strong relationships with customers within the Impulse and Convenience channel.
  • Conducting face-to-face meetings with stand-alone and multi-site customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Collaborating with wholesalers and internal customer teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
  • Managing casual merchandisers within your territory.
  • Continuously monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
About You

We are looking for a driven individual who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of success in the FMCG industry. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Sales experience, preferably in the Impulse channel or supermarkets.
  • Basic Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PowerBi skills.
  • Able to travel and stay away from home regularly.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
