Materials Supply Coordinator

What does the role entail?
The position centers on overseeing the continuous supply of ATM components to guarantee the smooth operation of our national Repair Centre and Field Operations. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of supply chain management principles, ensuring precise forecasting of necessary parts and effective inventory oversight.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining optimal stock levels of components to fulfill business needs Developing and managing an inventory schedule Collaborating closely with Technical Support, Repair Centre, Field Operations, and Logistics teams to identify required ATM components Overseeing inventory flow Generating purchase orders Managing relationships with external suppliersAre you the right fit?
We are looking for individuals with a background in Supply Chain Management or Procurement, particularly in parts and consumables, who possess a collaborative spirit and the ability to cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers and internal teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Previous experience in materials planning Strong negotiation capabilities Excellent problem-solving aptitude Effective communication skills with suppliers, shipping companies, and internal stakeholders High analytical proficiency with exceptional attention to detail Familiarity with SAP and intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint-
