The Role

This position will focus on managing the ongoing supply of ATM parts to ensure efficient running of our national Repair Centre and Field Operations. The successful applicant must have a solid understanding of supply chain management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain optimum stock levels of parts to meet business requirements
  • Create and maintain an inventory schedule
  • Work closely with Technical Support, Repair Centre, and Field Operations and Logistics teams to identify required ATM parts
  • Manage the flow of inventory
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Manage external suppliers

Requirements

  • Previous experience in supply chain management or procurement, particularly in parts and consumables
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers, shipping companies, and internal stakeholders
  • High analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • SAP experience and intermediate expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
