Accounting Professional Opportunity

We seek a skilled accounting professional to assist our team with monthly financial reporting, data entry, and reconciliations.

  • Prepare and process journal entries to ensure accurate recording of business transactions (accounts payable and receivable) for periodic reconciliation and settlement.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to maintain effective cash flow management.
  • Organize and record financial information, including invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for reporting purposes.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, and other compliance documents to draft stage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or accounting from a recognized institution.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and expertise.
  • At least one year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Sound knowledge of business and financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively within a team as well as individually.
