Financial Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and accounting practices of our company.

This role involves regularly reporting to management on the company's financial status, conducting analyses to ensure the business operates efficiently and meets its goals, and leading financial planning and accounting practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to read, write, and speak both French and English.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the automotive industry
  • College diploma in accounting or equivalent experience
  • Accounting title (an asset)
  • Knowledge of the full accounting cycle
  • Familiarity with month-end and year-end procedures
  • Ability to read, write, and speak both French and English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
