Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team at Woodforde Group. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for providing essential support, coordination, and administration to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable: Timely and accurate processing of invoices and supplier payments, including entering supplier invoices, accounts reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, and setup of vendor accounts.
  • Accounts Receivable: Managing customer information and monitoring account details for missed, delayed, or irregular payments, taking appropriate action and updates as needed.
  • Financial Administration: Preparing and sending reminders, managing customer information, and preparing bank deposits.
  • General Administration: Managing the AP and AR inbox, general data entry, and providing administration support as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role with a proactive and deadline-driven nature.
  • High levels of attention to detail and flexibility to take on additional tasks as required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Diploma or equivalent in bookkeeping and/or accounting or relevant experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central is preferred, along with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
