Project Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating the smooth transition and implementation of new projects. Your expertise in agile frameworks and scrum techniques will enable you to effectively coordinate sprints, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and planning.

You will work closely with product owners and managers to handle backlogs and priorities, while also ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.

Additionally, you will help build a productive environment where team members are passionate about the product and purpose of our company.

  • Scrum master certification with a minimum of four years of experience in a software scrum master role.
  • Well-developed knowledge of scrum master techniques and artifacts, as well as familiarity with software development.
  • Experience in scaling teams in a pragmatic approach, understanding the real-world aspects of software deployment.
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative ability to work across multiple software teams.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability.
  • Strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle, including reviewing the Design Story Writing and QA stages.
