About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to the Chief Executive Officer and Research Manager in the coordination of research development activities, including new research proposals, grant application support, and coordination of communications and events for our membership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and organisational support to the Chief Executive Officer and Research Manager
  • Coordinate research development activities, including new research proposals and grant applications
  • Support the coordination of communications and events for our membership
  • Work closely with researchers, clinicians, clinical trial staff, funders, and university representatives
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications and relevant work experience, preferably in health sciences or a related field
  • Demonstrated high-level organisational, administrative, and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Accuracy, excellent administrative skills, and attention to detail
