As a Disability Employment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with injuries, illnesses or disabilities to become work-ready and secure sustainable employment opportunities.

The job requires collaboration with stakeholders to maximise job opportunities for all. You will be working within a productive and inclusive environment, providing first-class customer service to enable better lives for our employees and those we serve.

Key responsibilities include:

• Source employment opportunities for job seekers

• Assist job seekers in identifying their skills and abilities, and securing employment

• Deliver outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers

• Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and other support services

• Create and implement joint job plans to support a clear pathway to employment

• Develop relationships with local employers and community organisations

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

• Eligibility to work in Australia

• A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle

• Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check

• Ability to pass a Working with Children Check

• Capacity to work full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
