Next Gen Health and Lifestyle Clubs, a premium health club in Melbourne, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a fun and energetic culture.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be flexible, resilient, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of the team, you will support the Food & Beverage attendants and Back of House roles, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting Food & Beverage attendants and Back of House roles
  • Cleaning and maintaining the cafe area, including clearing tables and assisting with functions
  • Cash handling and managing transactions
  • Providing outstanding customer service and building rapport with members
  • Representing Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs as a brand ambassador
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of food & beverage service
  • Flexibility to work over a seven-day roster, including weekends
  • Demonstrated passion for high-quality customer service and excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A current RSA certificate and experience as a Barista
  • Highly organized and methodical, with ability to prioritize tasks on the run
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills and ability to build relationships with members
