">- Deliver and oversee the lifecycle of complex systems to ensure continued capability, reliability, and effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement sustainment strategies that align with Defence frameworks.
- Maintain a portfolio of systems, ensuring efficient maintenance, upgrades, and obsolescence management.
- Manage contracts, monitor budgets, and enforce compliance with technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, industry partners, and international allies in space domain awareness and control.
- Ensure technical integrity and resource management through system calibration, documentation, configuration control, and logistics for specialized components and secure data pathways.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks while tracking operational effectiveness.
Key Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, physics, business, or project management.
- Proven experience in Defence, sustainment, logistics, or complex technical systems.
- Project and contract management skills, including Defence contracts (ASDEFCON).
- Logistics and risk management expertise.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
