Financial Opportunities Specialist

This is a critical role supporting our sales teams. Responsibilities include managing financial applications, ensuring legal compliance, and maximizing finance opportunities for customers.

  • Partner with sales teams to provide F&I support and handle escalated cases.
  • Liaise with credit analysts to meet application requirements and improve approval outcomes.
  • Ensure accuracy in finance submissions, logs, and forecasting.
  • Sell bundled products like service plans and ensure proper inclusion in contracts.
  • Manage commercial applications and support business development centre customers.
  • Follow up on cash deals to maximize F&I opportunities.
  • Adhere to compliance standards, including privacy provisions and legal codes.
About You

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

  • Previous experience in financial services.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and organisational abilities.
  • Confidence with MS Office and digital platforms.
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to adapt to diverse needs.
  • Accreditation by relevant financiers.
  • Exposure to the automotive industry, specifically in F&I - desirable
