Automotive Financial Expert

We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting both in-store and online sales teams by managing financial applications and ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide expert F&I support and handle escalated cases.
  • Work with credit analysts to meet application requirements and enhance approval outcomes.
  • Ensure accuracy in finance submissions, logs, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of bundled products like service plans.
  • Manage end-to-end commercial applications and provide dedicated support to Business Development Centre customers.
  • Maximize F&I opportunities by following up on cash deals.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance, adhering to privacy provisions and legal codes.
About You

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in the financial sector.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
  • A customer-centric approach with the capacity to adapt to diverse needs.
  • Relevant industry accreditation is highly desirable.
