Project Coordinator Opportunity

 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless execution of key projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to coordinate activities and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project timelines and identify potential risks to delivery schedules.
  • Update and track progress using scheduling tools and methodologies.
  • Assist in the preparation of project status reports and dashboards.
  • Facilitate meetings, schedule reviews, and coordination sessions.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in scheduling or project coordination roles within IT, telecommunications, or networking environments.
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work onsite with enterprise clients in a professional and adaptable manner.
