About this role:

The Project Officer is a key position within the team, supporting change, loss and grief programs for children, young people and adults in schools and communities.

  • Contribute to project planning, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and reporting against funding requirements.
  • Maintain project plans to support effective management of projects according to requirements.
  • Coordinate relationships with IT and operational teams to improve systems required for training and ongoing support.
  • Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and external reporting.

This is a full-time opportunity based in North Sydney. The position reports to the Project Lead.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Qualifications in project coordination or relevant experience are highly regarded.
  • Highly developed organisational skills and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Intermediate skills in finance and Microsoft Office or similar software, including operating systems.
  • Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders and develop positive relationships.
