Lead Coastal Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Coastal Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering technical excellence in the design and planning activities for large-scale maritime facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply your existing experience to deliver concept designs through to construction phase support.
- Leverage your skills in coastal engineering to develop innovative solutions.
- Work collaboratively with other disciplines across the organization to achieve project goals.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in coastal engineering.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of Australian design codes and guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced staff.
