About the Role:

We are seeking a Facilities Manager to lead and support our local Facilities Management teams, overseeing operations in key locations. As a Service Delivery Lead, you will guide and support local teams to meet schedules, uphold contract specifications, and embrace purpose-driven values.

The successful candidate will ensure all incidents and issues are reported and escalated through our systems, contributing to a safe, compliant, and supportive work environment. You will also play a key role in assisting with tenders, quotations, and maintaining ISO certifications, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence, support scheduling, and manage team communications. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum Cert IV in Horticulture certificate; or equivalent knowledge and experience, as well as excellent organisational skills and ability to coordinate and support teams working over a large geographical area.
