Based primarily at our Byron Bay headquarters, this position offers flexible working hours and an on-site presence is required to foster collaboration, connection, and productivity. You will work diligently to ensure the timely completion of projects, managing multiple tasks effectively and prioritizing deadlines in conjunction with Marketing Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scripts for various video formats, guaranteeing high-quality material suitable for distribution across all marketing channels\
• Oversee end-to-end video production, encompassing research, concept development, scriptwriting, filming, editing, motion design, lighting, sound, and post-production\
• Collaborate with designers and publishers to create cohesive, on-brand content that adheres to our style guides\
• Work closely with Marketing Operations to maintain project schedules and deadlines\
• Manage stock footage and audio libraries to support content creation\
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging video content that drives results\
• Contribute to maintaining and enhancing our video content library to meet evolving business needs\
• Support strategic initiatives by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and consumer engagement data to inform future content strategies\
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement innovative content ideas and campaigns\
• Participate in ongoing skill-building and professional development opportunities to enhance your expertise and remain up-to-date with industry best practices\\

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a professional video editor, demonstrating a strong portfolio of video examples showcasing excellent storytelling and visual appeal\
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines\
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality video content\
  • Thorough knowledge of broadcast standards and requirements, including TVC promotional ads\
  • Experience producing content for social media platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok\
  • High-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro\
  • Mid to High-level experience in After Effects\
  • Expertise in motion graphics, colour grading, and sound mixing\
  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator\\
