Our kitchen team at Oaks Darwin Elan Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic Cook to join us. The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for cooking

The Cook will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard
  • Assisting with daily food preparation
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen
  • Following all food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Working collaboratively with the Head Chef and team to ensure smooth service
